*Body fat and Calories are melting off me like ice in the hot summer sun.

*I eat small healthy meals throughout the day, because I now honor and respect my body fully.

*All excess fat and weight drops from my body.

*I eat only healthy foods.

*Weight drops from my body.

*I drop weight from my body

*I lose weight every day.

*I eat only when I am hungry.

*If I can't stop at one or two cookies, then I will not have any at all.

*I can clearly see myself easily achieving and maintaining my goal weight.

*As I lose weight I get healthier and healthier.
