I've been using the Fertili-Tea. I don't notice any major differences with it but it tastes good and it's really not that pricey so it's worth the shot.

Hi Jaybird, I've never used Fertilitea myself and I can't remember what I've heard about it anecdotally from others, but I just looked up the ingredients and they are very common herbs which would help to balance the hormones in PCOS. If it's no more expensive than buying those herbs separately, then I'd be inclined to get some ... but beware if it's expensive - it's not a complex formula at all. Red Raspberry leaf vitex agnus castus and green tea are all very good things for PCOS, Ladies Mantle can help greatly with excessive menstrual bleeding and cramps and Nettle is a good tonifying herb. Those are the ingredients according to the website.

I have a website with loads of PCOS info www.mypcos.info Please stop by!

I recently read an article in one of my health magazines about FertiliTea. It didn't mention PCOS specifically but it discussed assisting in balancing hormones and ovulation.
I was curious if anyone had experience with it.
