to lose 10 lbs we have to follow a healthy diet don't exceed the recommended calories range for us, and exercise 3x per week at least, drink 8 cups of water daily & a lot of veggies and fruits... stop eating after 8 pm... do some Yoga or stretching to reduce stress...

I think that to loose 10 in 6 weeks would be great. Let me know what some of you are doing.
