WAY TO GO ALIFIT!!! Fabulous work! You did an awesome job! Keep up the great work!

I on the other hand, actually gained a pound over the 6 weeks. My final weigh in was 152. But it is TTOM as well. I joined the 3 week ab challenge on my healthier fitting lifestyle team so I'm hoping that helps me shake things up a bit. It's so true that the last 10 lbs are the hardest! errrr!

You are doing great! Keep it up!

Monday 10/29: 263.4
Sunday 11/4: 261.0
Sunday 11/11: 259.0

I got pretty darn close, so am happy with the results. How about the rest of you? Anyone up for another 6 weeks to get us through the end of the year?

Thanks Ali! I think that's what drives me crazy is that I want to be an inspiration to others and then I get myself stuck in this rut and it takes awhile for me to dig myself out of it. But I guess it's all just a part of the journey. I made time for 40 minutes of exercise this morning and I hope to keep going for the week. I gotta get out of this! 5 wks now of bouncing back and forth. You are doing so well and I feel very proud for you of your accomplishments so far! Keep going you are doing great!

SimplyIsh - you are simply in a transitional phase...lol. But think about it - I noticed on your page you started at 230 - and right now, you're maintaining nicely. We all plateau or have moments where we're just not as motivated. You are an inspiration, though, I can vouch for that. If you aren't inclined to eat well right now, how about a few more minutes of exercise to compensate? You'll find what works - I have faith. Keep me posted!

Monday 10/29: 151 (I'm bouncing back & forth again oh no!)
Monday 11/5: 151 (I'm disappointed with myself... I'm not eating like I should - blaming the colder weather - and not getting in nearly enough exercise - I need some motivation/support out of this rut)

Goal 10 lbs would be nice to have gotten off by then, but will be happy with a 5 pound loss as well, or any loss for that matter.

Okay, it's not Monday, but I'd like to start. I would love to loose 12 pounds over the next 6 weeks, but I'll be happy with 6lbs.
My starting weight is 202.0lbs
08-10-07--201.2lbs slow and steady=permanent results!
15-10-07--201.8lbs lucky the consequences are minimal for loosing focus of my goal
