Sorry everyone for not posting lately. I've been sick with an inner ear infection, making balance and computer concentration very difficult. Thank you, all, for the support I have received in my healthy habits journey so far, but regrettably I will not be able to post regularly for a while (this is one of my better moments in the last 10 days).
Best Wishes to all on your own journeys. I will begin to post again when I am feeling better.

Feelings: still having trouble getting things accomplished (ie all the chores for the day and exercise)

Feelings: feel pretty good today, bit of headache but I fit in some strength training so good day
