Actually I put the total 56 at the end of the week but it's very recommended to drink 8-10 cups of water daily as our target here to do healthy habits.

when we edit our posts daily, should we be starting every day fresh (water every day should read 8 or more) or should we be keeping a running total (water should read 56 by the end of the week)?

beginning weight for this challenge 261 (up 8 lbs from last week)

1. no exercise
2. veggies- 2
3. fruits-2
4. water- 6
5. sleep- 7 (although took nap earlier in the day)
6. feelings- not getting off to a very good start on my first day of the challenge. Had family reunion all weekend, lots of good food, soda and alcohol....HOWEVER, NOT WORTH THE 8LB GAIN!!!!

6. feelings - would feel better if I hadn't given in to the sweet treats I bought the kids.
TUESDAY

6. feelings - on a natural high since I was able to avoid buying food to accompany my take out coffees today!
WEDNESDAY
1. exercise - 75 minutes (15 st 60 min house cleaning)

5. sleep - 5 if I was lucky
6. feelings - really good about myself, even a bit sexy and flirtagious
THURSDAY
1. exercise - 30 min bike ride first thing in the morning

6. feelings - frustrated that is seems everything seems to go wrong at the same time
FRIDAY

Sleep 56 hrs (8hrs 7days)

The serving measured as half cup from cooked veggies or small pieces fruits or sliced.
1 medium unit from fruits & veggies or 100gm

The feelings part to share each other in our achievements so u can give or take an advice & have support…so I wish u read posts of other while u post & share them. emoticon

Note:
We post all the week days in one post that means; each day u will edit your original post instead of posting a new one because this way is more easier for me to collect your entries plus you will notice your progress along the week.
