I didn't get in enough water over the weekend and a few salkty things. I'm getting hydrated this week and I'm sure it will drop back down in a day or 2. I'm eating in my calorie range. The hard part is the exercise

Me 154lbs actually I didn't lose this week but I found out my scale is not accurate and I'm lower 1 pound than it! LOL

Had a rough weekend. This is the first time I've been out of town since I hace started dieting. It's very hard to get everything you need on a crazy schedule. Maybe I'll have better luck this week
