actually I didn't press on weight loss because it's just a starting challenge for healthy habits and the winners will be chosen according to thier performance then next challenge will count weight loss in the first place...

Hi sweet! Thanks for the invite to this challenge. I think all the targets here will not only help with weight loss but also developing healthy lifestyle ;-)
and help with controlling the PCOS symptoms. So, count me in the challenge. Are we setting a weight loss goal in lbs for this challenge?

Hi MOM4LIFER yes it's better to be consecutive 8 hours but it's ok u can also count sleeping hours in total in condition they r all at night!

This challenge sounds challenging but doable. I have a question, though. For the target of sleeping 8 hours, does that mean consecutive 8 hours, or just 8 hours in total. I have a little guy that still gets up during the night, especially since daddy's work took him away from the home for awhile.

This challenge for Healthy Habits helps you to improve your healthy habits in 1 month and to continue it after the challenge ends & also lose weight easily.

I'll pick 3 winners by the end of the challenge for best performance!

Also will pick the best performance participants for each week who reached the target entries!

The Steps of the challenge:

Step #1 Join the challenge by posting your SP name and weight

Step#2 Post daily the following achievements:
1. How many cups of water did you drink?
2. How many servings of veggies did you eat?
3. How many servings of fruits did you eat?
4. How many minutes did you exercise?
5. How many hours did you sleep the night before?

Step#3
Post weekly your weight in lbs.


Notes:
Your daily posts will be tracked weekly and will be announced in a form of lists of all participants’ posts.

The target of daily achievements:

Water 8 cups per day / 56cups per week.
Veggies 4 servings per day/ 28 servings per week.
Fruits 3 servings per day/ 21 servings per week.
Exercise 30min per day/ 210min per week.
Sleep 8hrs per day/ 56hrs per week.
