So, I figure we'll want to share some of the great zone meals we have, or share meals we aren't sure about to see if we could make them fit better in the zone. I'll start since I had quite a lot of fun with my lunch today. I eat two small lunches a few hours apart, but this could all have been eaten together as well:

1 string cheese
1 smart dog (soy replacement hot dog)
1 cup of Healthy Choice country vegetable soup (it's all veggies, no junk)
1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt with 1/2 canned pear (canned in its own juice)
2 macadamia nuts

It was yummy, filling, and I felt pretty good all the way until dinner.

No day but today ...
