For me, it was tea only, some green some peppermint, for 24 hrs, I was going for about 36hrs, but my body had enough at 24. The idea was to rest the digestive systems and allow the body to clear of any toxins. I actually felt pretty good the next day! Next time, though, I think I'm going drink some 100% juice a few times throughout so I can go the entire 36 hrs.

Last week was not a good week. I went totally off plan, went nowhere near the gym, and pretty much hid under my covers all week long.

This week is doing better.

Starting weight 255 (yes, I gained last week)
Caloric range: 1660 - 2010

Tuesday, 1/29
Calories: 1680
Exercise: 50 minutes aerobic (30 elliptical trainer, 20 belly dancing)

Wednesday, 1/30
Calories: 1969
Exercise: 30 minutes, elliptical trainer

Thursday, 1/31
Calories: 2303 ( out of range)
Exercise: 30 minutes, elliptical trainer

Friday, 2/1
Calories: 1927
Exercise: 30 minutes, elliptical trainer

Exercise: 60 min (1st x doing Biggest Loser Workout DVD)... I've always had high respect and regards for the biggest loser contestants... but NOW even more respect. I've been "working out" for almost two years and have NEVER done a workout that intense. New respect and admiration for the biggest losers! Biggest Losers Kick Butt! And I've been a wimp!
