Allison, its great to see you back! I've also been in the arctic cold, just a mite south in Bloomington IN. Had to use my stationary bike instead of my usual outside walk for a few days!

Okay...I am having been traveling like crazy and dealing with the arctic cold of Chicago. Have not meant to be a flake, but I am still in it.

Starting weight= 186 lbs
Week1 weight= 183 lbs
Week2 weight= 184.5 lbs

Calories range: 1220-1550

Mon. 1/21:
Calories: 1243
Exercise: 50 minutes eliptical

Tue. 1/22:
Calories: 1350
Exercise: 40 minutes eliptical, 8 minutes stairmill
did weight workout with personal trainer for 45 minutes

Wed. 1/23:
Calories: 1260
Exercise: 50 minutes elpitical. 60 minutes pilates.

Thurs. 1/24:
Calories: 1430
Exercise: 50 minutes eliptical, did weight workout with personal trainer for 45 minutes


Fri. 1/25:
Calories: 1436
Exercise: no exercise

Sat. 1/26;
Calories: 1680
Exercise: 50 minutes of eliptical, abs for 5 minutes, stretching

Sun. 1/27:
Calories: 1427
Exercise: 50 minutes of eliptical, one hour of BodyPump Class (DESCRIPTION: The ultimate resistance training class, combining movement with a specially designed barbell system. ), ran for 1/4 of a mile...I am working up to 3 miles by March.

Calories: 1174 (i guess I made up for yesterday, although it was unintentional)
Exercise: 20 min biking, 15 min desk workout, 20 min band workout (from the fitness videos!)

Thurs. 1/24
Calories: 1327
Exercise: 20 min biking, 45 min yoga

Fri. 1/25
Calories: 1509 (that's with Red Lobster for dinner!)
Exercise: 20 min light aerobics, 45 min core/stretch class

Sat. 1/26
Calories: 1395
Exercise: 20 min walk

Sun. 1/27
Calories: 1483
Exercise: 120 min of walking around town
