M - I have made some contacts in the SP community and have sent some Spark Goodies.
That was really fun. Commented on some blogs. Still need to start getting involved on the
team boards.

A - Accountable, writing blog right now.

R - Rest 6 hours. Check
C - Crunches started doing those in the am when I wake up. Started with just 20. Today I did
35 with 3 rep's.

H - No trouble with the water. Always drink at least 14 - 16 glasses/day

Overall had a great week. Logged in 225 minutes exercise this week.( pretty respectable for starting at 0 minutes 2 wks ago.) 815 minutes for month of March.

Really looking forward to our new challenges in April.

Please explain to me how to keep track or put trackers on these different goals to earn points and goodies like you said. I just don't understand how to track them.

It would help if people would edit their posts and NOT repeat them over and over and over. That is suggested at the beginning of these challenges. Can we try to continue in that manner ????????

Weekend summary: I had a good week and maintaining accountability is one of the reasons for it. I outlined a new fitness plan with the trainer yesterday to insure that I get cardio (6x), strength (3x), and core/flexibility/stability (3x) training covered each week. I am excited about the new plan.
Greatest challenge for me this week had to do with blood sugar readings before exercise. I don't like to eat before I exercise but my fasting blood sugar is low enough that I should. This week I am commiting to making sure that my blood sugar is at least 100 before doing cardio or strength training. I see opportunity to eat more fruit!

Week End Summary--Good Week overall. Of twelve fitness events scheduled I only missed one cardio episode which is amazing cause I spent the whole day running hither and yon! I increased caloric intake to compensate for levvel of fitness activity that I have been doing. This leaves me a little concerned about tomorrow's weigh in for the Business Wellness Challenge, but I know it is what was needed. (I lost some lean body mass over the last month and I am working to hard to have that happen again!) This week I want to increase the amount of rest I get each noght.. Aside from scheduled workouts my days are fairly sedentary. I am indoors a lot and spent lots of time in a fog. This week i want to be awake and alert during the day and sleeping soundly at night. Given the new workout schedule I am needing to get up by 6:30, that being said i would like to get to bed no later than midnight, but preferably as early as 10:30 or 11p.m.. Wish me luck with that!!!

Okay Team, WHO's up for the Challenge???


M=Motivate: Pick 2 TEAM members to encourage daily
A=Accountability: Write a Blog Weekly about the Challenge & ACCOUNT for what was not completed & work on it for the next week.
R=Rest: 6 or more hours of Sleep per night
C=Crunches: Widdle away your middle... 25 or more daily (any kind)
H=Hydrate: Get your 8 in... 64oz of Water daily

**PRIZES: Top 3 Point Winners will get a Goodie Prize in the 300-500point range
**PRIZES: Score 100+ points & get a Goodie Prize in the 100 point range
**EVERONE who participates (daily) WILL get a GOODIE!!!

**SCORE 1 point for EACH letter that you complete (in full... This means, if 1 day you don't get your 6+ hrs of sleep in, you don't get the point for that day) DAILY! If you complete the M-A-R-C-H Challenge (in FULL) for the week, you get 5 bonus points!
