Hi, It's been awhile since I've posted. Excited and wanted to keep you all in the loop!

Almost there!!! 3.8lbs to go!!!!!

Wedding is on the June 25th! My first dress fitting is today! I can't believe, I've lost 18.2 lbs since January! I feel great. Back in the pants I wore 2 years ago.

I don't Post my weight so I'll start Week 1 at 0 & add lost pounds to that each week.

Week 1 Jan 4th~0

Week 3 Jan 17~ -4 lbs = 6 lbs lost
Week 4 Jan 24~ -.6 lbs= 6.6lbs lost
Week 5 Jan 31~ -2.2lbs = 8.8lbs lost

I've chalked up 1230 Fitness Minutes this month & am going to the gym today.

January Determination Challenge

Continuing with our monthly challenge!

Our challenges are simple. No points to track, no team members, etc. All you do is track pounds lost and/or your fitness minutes!

At the end of the month “goodies” will be given to the biggest looser the member with the most fitness minutes!

I will use the post to this thread for the pounds lost! For the fitness minutes I will use the team goal on the team home page! It automatically has all the members in it, and the winner will be selected based upon them signing up for the challenge in this thread!

This challenge will begin on January 1st, and run through January 31st, 2011.

To get started in this challenge please:

1.) Decide on your goals for January, and either post them on your Sparkpage or in your blog! Be sure to update your SparkPage if your previous months goals are on it!!

2.) Post your information by replying this thread; here is an example. NOTE: You will EDIT THIS WEEKLY instead of creating a new thread!
