I am still trying to improve my sleeping. I was sick this week so that made it tough.
I so want to finally make that scale drop a pound, this has GOT to be the week.

my goal is to lose another 5 pounds.

My first big goal is to get under the 300 mark. I lost 6 pounds this week, maybe I can do it again....:-)

I plan to make this week my most successful one since starting my weight loss journey.

I will follow my schedule and take it one day at a time.

I will not let other people get in the way of my plans.

I will go to bed early and get up early and workout before and after my morning job.

I will fix a good dinner before my night job.

I will stick to my plans and hopefully lose a pound this week following a two almost three month plateau.

GOOD LUCK 2 ME!!!!!!!!!!!

What Are Your Goals for Sept. 19 thru Sept. 25?

Let the team know about your goals for next week, this way we can encourage each other to accomplish them!

My goal is to just make it through the week, we will be having an audit at work, so that will mean long days for me. I will also continue to attend Body Pump on Tuesday and Thursday night!
