I pretty much stayed the same over the week..
I don't consider that bad.. nothing gained but this week I know will be better.
Heatheralene.. .5? I wouldn't even worry about that. That could be water weight or anything else. easy to take off.

Christine.. congrats on the 1.2 lbs. that is awesome. you are well on your way to the 10 lb goal!!!
