My goal is to start tracking nutrition again. I know it really helps me be accountable but I have such a hard time doing it! I also want to start drinking more water. :)

My goal for this week is to get back on track after fumbling a bit on vacation. Restart c25k and get to Zumba at least twice.

My goal this week is do at least 30 minutes of cardio - ANY type of cardio I fancy - every day. AND to do my back exercises every day.

I have to get back on track! The lack of a consistent schedule this summer is killing my goals. So, I'm back to these basic goals for this week:
track everything that goes into my mouth
drink 64 oz of water each day

I'll deal with the exercise later.

What Are Your Goals for July 25 thru July 31?

Let the team know about your goals for next week, this way we can encourage each other to accomplish them!


One of my goals is to make it four weeks without stopping for a fast food breakfast!!! Im on a streak here and that feels great!

I still need to make it to the gym at least 3 times!!!

I will also bring my lunch to work at least 3 days next week! (This should be easier since my co-worker that I go out to lunch with every day, will be out of the office.)
