I feel good about the beginning of this week. I finally broke out my paint brushes and started a painting, wrote 10 pages and read a lot. I want to continue writing and START exercising and end this week on a good note.

My goal is to finish the first week of the Couch 2 5K program. I'd also like to get better at tracking, but am leaving for a 10 day camping trip on Thursday, so I may have to work on that goal when I get back. But since I will be gone next week, my goal for then is to continue to stay active and record fitness minutes on paper, and to pay attention to what I am eating.

Fitness: Due to back pain, my goal is to be able to do my PT daily at least 10 minutes, and hope to add intervals back in this week.

Nutrition: continue water, balance carbs, sodium, protein, calcium needed, and calories daily

Make progress to lose a lb this week - It is due, but pain has kept me from sleeping, and kept me from working out as much. Need to balance.

What Are Your Goals for July 11 thru July 17?

My goal is to not stop for fast food for breakfast on my way to work next week! Also to bring my lunch at least 3 days next week! Gotta watch my money along with my waist line!!
