I'd like to start a challenge for myself and all of you in Boston lasting at least until the snow flies and hopefully beyond as we get creative together:
Make it a goal and challenge for yourself each day to do one activity outdoors. Activities can include walking, jogging, running, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, roller skating, biking...essentially an outdoor workout.
In order to stay motivated, try and find a buddy. I am knew to the area so am willing to be anyone's buddy if they are in the Jamaica Plain area.
Each day, write what you did outdoors and something you saw along your journey that made you happy. Daily logs will encourage others and encourage you. Let's get moving and get out there!
