Thanks! I LOVE snacking--it's just the unplanned ones I need to remember to skip. :)

I think it's okay to snack, as long as everything is planned. I do that and once I get into the habit of eating only what I plan, seldom straying, it becomes easier to maintain.

I donít think itís ever wrong to have a snack. I think proper snacking keeps you from becoming too hungry and having too much to eat. At home, I might snack on things like applesauce with graham cracker, fruit cup and handful of animal crackers, Fritos and tea. No matter what I have, it is always 150 calories or less.

Exactly! I graze on (mostly) healthy food, but still, those calories count! Just another good reason to keep moving and stay active.

This is one of the main reasons I need to get out of the house for a few hours each day (and why I can't keep many snacks in my place)... working from home, if there is food around I want to eat it.

have fun, work hard

I'm not home very often on weekends, but when I am, I am tempted to graze all afternoon long!
