Hello Ms. Bodacious on a Mission...

This is a new challenge; one I hope to continue on a monthly basis.

This is how it works!!!

You decide how many fitness minutes a day you will commit to exercise and multiply that number by how many days are in the month of August.


For example: Let's say you will make a pledge to do 30 minutes of cardio a day and 30 minutes of strength training 3 days a week. Multiply the cardio minutes (30) by the number of days in August (31). You would PLEDGE 930 cardio minutes. You follow the same example to PLEDGE your strength training minutes (30) three times a week in August (13). You would PLEDGE 390 strength training minutes. Your TOTAL fitness minutes for August would be 1320.
