It's easier for me to add my firness minutes and water weekly, so I'll just edit this link next week. While I tend to remain high on my fitness minutes, I now choose less intense workouts (hikes, walks, or tai chi) so I can stop and smell the roses along my path (and perhaps take a photo or two). The abundance of joy God gives us for an abiding faith is incredible and I now seek the joy along my path. My knee no longer can tolerate the 15-minute mile of my youth. 8-))

Is this where we log in to participate in the challenge? And if so, it is to log in what we did as far as exercise and also how mnuch water we drank, correct?

If so, I will be attending a zumba class this evening, so will do 60 minutes of zumba.
I will be drinking a total of 8 cups of water today.

It's easy, because today I have the whole day planned and since it's a holiday I know I can stick with it without worrying about work or mom- related duties that might crop up and require adjustments to the schedule.

Please use this thread to post your water and exercise for the days that you are active. I do hope that you are drinking water daily.

I would not begin to tell you what to do, but I am suggesting that you exercise to stimulate your wonderful body created by God.

Here are some suggestions:

emoticon Walk - when you choose, as long and as far as you choose. I was told to start out with 11 minutes a day, and then add 5 minutes each time you do it. You will be surprised at how quickly you will improve and how far you will go. Take water with you, we must stay hydrated.

emoticon Use the exercises videos here on the site, they are free and you can do a full body workout. Please don't give up on yourself. Start is all it takes

emoticon Include strength training, your bones will love you. Don't despair if you don't have weights, use cans or gallon jugs in your home - once the bleach jug is empty, clean it, fill it will water or even soil from around the house.

emoticon exercise your mind as well, meditation and just plain rest.

See and taste that Lord is good. Let Jesus life experience be your motivator. You can do all things through Christ that will, has and will continue to do it for you.
