OK, sorry team. What a poor example I am setting! emoticon
Here I started a challenge and haven't posted to the thread myself.

So, yesterday I did accomplish tracking everything I ate. emoticon emoticon

New Year's Resolutions!
Lose weight. Eat healthy foods. Exercise daily. If you're like many people, you made these or similar pledges during the annual New Year's Day ritual of resolving to improve our health.
But statistics indicate that at the end of January only a little over half of resolvers are still hanging in there; six months later, that number drops to 44%. Was the goal too big? (lose 100 lbs. this year -- not impossible, just about 2 lbs/week) BUT, in the flush of the New Year's ideals do we jump in with a drastic new diet, intensive exercise program, etc., only to burn out before the end of the month?
Or are our "resolutions" really only "desires" -- with no realistic plan of action?

Baby Steps, One Thing at a Time.

This thread is to share with one another a daily health or fitness action you achieved today.

Did you say "No" to that sugary temptation? Did you log/track everything you ate? Did you drink enough water? Did you exercise today - if only 5-10 minutes? (Even vacuuming, changing the bed sheets, or carrying groceries can count!) What movement activity did you do to get you on your way to better health? (Get out of the chair at least once every 30 minutes) Did you read a Spark article or something from Joyce that motivated or encouraged you? Make it a point to celebrate your daily accomplishments along the journey.

Share it with us! Every small step counts, so let's share with one another & be proud of your success!
