Set your own daily goal & track your exercise (whether it be steps, time, miles, workouts, videos, biking, dancing, skipping or whatever)

We're all at different fitness levels, so this is not a competition, but participants WILL receive goodies. Whether you share the specifics of your goal with the team is your choice, the main goal here is developing consistency.
