I'm eating 'Wild Wonders:Gourmet Medley
These are a package of yellow, red, orange small tomatoes. My husband bought them, but I thought I'd better eat them,before they go bad.

I got sling on my right arm, typing with left.I think the operation was successful.I got8 weeks to go,since Thursday.I am experimenting trying to figure out how to do some things

tonight I had a broccoli slaw ( it also have carrots). I mixed it with cole slaw. I had an apple and some guac. and chips.

I had other foods which don't fall in this category.

I had needed to get some produce. Finally got some.

2/3 I had a green smoothie: it had mango, apple, parley, spinach, chard, flax seeds ,water

I had an orange in the morning

2/4 Smoothie Orange, pineapple. pumpkin seeds, same greens

we had chow mein. it had broccoli, red peppers, baby corn, onion, carrots

Lunch was a potluck at a memorial service, a bit of veggies emoticon emoticon emoticon

I had toast this morning and an orange.
lunch yogurt and some blueberries
dinner large bowl of soup had onions/ tomatoes/garlic

ate some mM's about 12

The goal will be for a MINIMUM of 3 servings of fruits and/or vegetables daily.
Track with emoticons or by listing the freggies eaten each day.

Do you find yourself making excuses for not eating more fruits and veggies? This month, you're going to bust them all!
