Set your own daily goal, i.e. steps, distance, time, or even marching chair exercise.
We're all at different fitness levels, so this is not a competition for who walks farthest or longest each day. Whether you share the specifics of your goal with the team is your choice, the main goal here is developing consistency.

You may choose to show how many steps you took, or how far you walked, or for how long, or just post an emoticon indicating that you met your personal goal that day.

You may copy this template if you like by just add to/edit your first 'calendar' post daiy or whenever is convenient, with a goal to log in at least once each week.
