well, I see my clothes were tight and I had to wear an undergarment to hold back an emerging roll. The question is, can I tone down before Thanksgiving. I don't wan to add from that and whatever can occur during the holidays.

I had some much going on, and my motivation was lacking. I guess I get bored doing exercise alone. I wish I had a partner besides on Saturday. Also we both have things come up sometimes on the weekends.

Part of it was how long it takes me to visit Mom and the bus back and forth. We might end up living closer. We are waiting to see if that happens.They sold our property. We have to be out by April or sooner.

So we have a meeting next Friday, for a place. Pray, that God directs what is best.

However, we have been here for 33 years,and it is smaller..... emoticon

How's everyone doing with their personal challenge?

I, for one, have fallen short, but with only 4 days left, I intend to finish this month strong!

I want to exercise 4 days a week. I walked 2 miles today.

that day I wrote, I didn't walk after all but rode my bike about 25 times up my block.

I had planned to do something today, and that didn't end up happening either.

Tomorrow, I visit mom and that means some walking between the bus stops. emoticon

Missed my evening walks for the past 3 days; but still got quite a few steps in daily at the dog show.

okay, I will walk today and try and get back to being consistent once again. I have scored low the last few few weeks. Just so busy and other times lazy ( picking other things to do, like my list.... emoticon

The cooler Fall weather is here, making it much nicer to play outside. emoticon

This is a personal challenge. YOU select the exercise YOU want to do....and how much....

For example...

My Commitment: to take a walk around the block (a little under 1 mile) every evening.

You can choose what you want to do...pool aerobics, crunches, sit ups, exercise classes, or even yard work (which can also be a good calorie-burner)....WHATEVER YOU WANT.

SO.....1 pick and post what your challenge will be.

Then...2. Give updates on how you are doing from time to time.

I hope you will join me....and look forward to seeing what you will be doing....
