Your Day 26 Workout video for Thursday, May 28, can be found here:

(This is the Day 5 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Thursday (optional) is to pack your lunch. Save money--and most likely calories--by brown bagging it today. Whether it's a frozen meal with a piece of fruit or last night's leftover chicken stir-fry, resist restaurant lunches. Your wallet and your waistline will thank you.
