Your Day 13 Workout video for Friday, May 15, can be found here:

(This is the Day 6 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Friday (optional) is going to get plenty of sleep at least 7-8 hours of sleep Friday night! Whether you have to go to bed a little earlier than you normally would on a Friday, or try to sleep in a little later on Saturday, this will be a challenge for many of us. Adequate sleep enhances your health and immune system, but also helps you recover from working out. Sleep deprivation can lead to increased appetite and stress-related hormones that might hurt your weight loss and fitness efforts, too. You can find more info about the sleep/weight connection here:
