I have had a rough week this week. Things popping out of the woodwork. I did not even post in this challenge. I was away from home most of the week. Could not go grocery shopping. Ate out the entire week. You name it I did it. I did not even make good choices.

I am SO glad that you HUNGRYWOMAN2 and FLRED12 had a productive week!

COMMENTS My doctor has me eating certain amounts of certain nutrients. It will be

The challenge for the week is to Embrace your Health. We will be doing this challenge by selecting one thing that we would like to focus on for the week.

For instance, if we are monitoring the salt intake for our meals for the week, we will use the SP nutrition tracker to stay within our sodium range. If we are monitoring calories, we use the SP nutrition tracker to stay within our calorie range. If fiber, the same.


Select one item that you would like to focus on for the week, come back to let us know how you are progressing.

The challenge will begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Right now I need all the help I can get. What about you?
