Wednesday...No... emoticon ...Was not at home all day. Last minute appt for repairs at church... Got home late...Not a good day for eating healthy. emoticon Tomorrow will be a better day. Thank God for second chances. I have decided to use the day as my "treat/cheat" day.

Better Nutrition Begins Today

The challenge for this week is to begin some planned nutritious and healthy meals. The challenge is to prepare all this week 1 healthy meal and 1 healthy snack of your choosing. During this week please track these two in the SP Nutrition tracker.
