The Fall LEAVES Challenge

L-Leave a thanksgiving message on someone's SparkPage. - done - 11/21/2018

E-Eat 3+ freggies and enjoy the freedom of being able to choose just what you want to eat instead of someone picking out for you what to eat.

A-Abstain from "sugar" for the day and send someone a "sweet" message of how grateful you are to have them in your life.

V-Vocally sing a happy and cheery song giving thanks for your life. - Done - 11/19/2018

E-Exercise for 10 minutes to get your "happy juices" flowing. (You may do more if you desire;-) ) - done - 11/21/2018

S-Satisfy your thankful spirit with giving thanks and praise; then drinking 8 glasses of water throughout the day. - 11/23/18

*-Go for a walk outside in the leaves to see the beauty of nature and the world that we have been given to enjoy and just say, "THANK YOU!"

First, copy and paste the template. You can see how I did mine if you look back at the post. Using the emoticons, free to decorate it any way you'd like to make it cheery and fun for you! Each day of the challenge, you select one of the activities and complete it. Activities do not have to be done in order. At the end of the day or the beginning of the next day, post your date of completion and use an emoticon to add a little pizzazz to your post.

That's it. emoticon It is not hard to do at all. Hope this helps.


The challenge begins on Monday. Hope you will join us!!!

The leaves of Fall are scattering all around now. Thanksgiving is upon us and we should be so grateful for what has been provided to us during our lifetime. Here is another challenge for the season. Hope you will join me.

The challenge this week is to do something that will spell out "L-E-A-V-E-S". Each day complete an activity that will help to enhance your spirit of thankfulness and gratefulness for the holiday and for your life. Below you will find a template to use each day. You do not have to complete the activities in any particular order. Just be sure to complete them.

Try to do one activity each day. Copy and Paste the template. Post the date that each activity was completed. Using emoticons really makes it colorful and fun. If you would like to use a variety of emoticons or if you'd like to stick with just one, it is optional. Whichever you prefer.

This challenge will begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Have Fun and Enjoy!!!
