I agree, weekdays are already so structured, go to work, run errands, etc. When Saturday comes I just want to relax and unwind.

I am absolutely thrilled when Monday gets here--and unless I have specific plans to get out of the house and do something I really dislike weekends. I think it's because I am bored on weekends and constantly thinking of eating--it's a challenge.

Do y'all find that weekends are much harder to get through then weekdays? For me, it's because I'm out of my routine.

How do you stay focused on weekends? If you have a trick, post it here. Also if you need a strategy, ask for one here.

Any thoughts?
