This morning I did a combination of Close Arm Wall Push Ups; Two-part Push Ups; Incline Push Ups and Decline Push Ups. Whoa! emoticon

I figure that covers all the wins the Orioles have had for the season. I didn't realize how weak my arms are!

Well, I never completed a "new" exercise to celebrate that second win; I don't even remember when it was emoticon

However, for the 5 wins in a row, I did a new "Whole Body Workout", the Spark People 20-Minute Dumbbell Workout" on Friday emoticon emoticon . I figured that covered the 5 wins.

This morning I did Push ups on Ball at Hips for the first win over the Nationals. Maybe I can do another one later today. Then I'll be caught up and ready to do new exercise to celebrate the O's beating the Sox the next 3 days emoticon

Although the Orioles have recently won two games, I have only completed one "new" exercise as part of this challenge.

Yesterday, I did the hip flexor strength training exercise for the first time ever. I could feel my hip and thigh muscles working!
I'll look for something new to do today for the 2nd win.

Every time the Orioles win a game, go to Spark People's list of EXERCISE DEMOS and choose one of the exercises to do. Then, let us know what you did so we can all encourage each other to work all of our muscles.
