Whew! The year is just going by soooo fast! I didn't even realize it was OCTOBER already!!!!

Before you know it, it'll be Christmastime!!!! I'm sooooo looking forward to that. But before that, my bday is just around the corner towards the end of October!

I've made a resolution not to be a slave to the scale! I'm getting my body fat measured at the end of this month when I go see the renal dietitian.

So to say that my aim is to lose weight, is not really accurate, it should be to lose FAT! I may weigh more but I think it's muscle weight, anyway, I won't know for sure till I get my body fat measured!

So, this month's challenge is to be consistent with the exercise. As for me, I do HIIT, Pilates and take long walks. What form of exercise you do is up to you, as long as you challenge yourself and sweat it out. And do both Cardio and Strength.

Ok, team?! Let's go!
