That is great!

I have been using my mini-trampoline almost every evening to add a bit of extra exercise. Of course the day I was watching my grand daughter while she was sick I did a lot of stair climbing since I live in the basement and my daughter's family lives upstairs.

Walked for 90 minutes today! To get my 10,000 steps!

I am beginning to get used to it! My legs are not so sore today!

Wow, 80 minutes is impressive!

I have been doing my pet care, some walking to the mail box, or if I have errands, a little less walking since I park nearby and walk to get it, climbing the stairs, once a week take the garbage can or the recycling cans (alternating weeks) to the curb and back the next day, using my trampoline some.

I do 2 exercises nightly for my back, and rotate the exercises for the upper body, lower body, and core through the week skipping Sunday. I change the rotating exercises about every 8 weeks apart so my body gets new challenges.

My new Pilates DVD came in the mail yesterday! I did it straightaway! All 80 minutes of it! I couldn't do all the reps though! But all in good time! I will one day!

My books that I ordered from bookdepository.com arrived today! I am reading them now and I love them!

I am sore all over today!

Yesterday I did pet care, cycling, stair climbing, walking, taking the recycling to the curb, trampoline for cardio, and then 2 daily back exercises plus 4 upper body exercises for my strength.

Did Andrea Rogers' extend barre workout yesterday! My legs are aching today. Didn't manage all the reps for the ab work! Hurt too much! I hope to build up my strength so I can complete all the reps someday!

OK, yesterday I did pet care, cycling, stair climbing, and trampoline for 150 minutes of cardio, and 2 daily back exercises plus 4 lower body strength exercises for a total of 30 minutes of strength exercises (plus the 10 minutes of stretching).

Really, Really disappointed with myself bcoz I didn't manage to exercise yesterday! Had an upset stomach and also had to get ready for Bible study! The darn PC just took so long to boot! By the time it was up and running, there was no more time to exercise! I should have exercised when it was time! Instead I took a nap!

Ok, peeps!

How about an exercise challenge?!

Try to get at least 3 cardio sessions and 2 strength training sessions a week. Each session should be at least 20 minutes. If you can do more, great. If you can't just do what you can! The goal here is consistency!

Ok! Go! Go!
