My weigh in put me at less than before, so that was nice.

My dancing is not everyday, but I am doing it fairly often. Sometimes I count the minutes and add them to another days minutes before posting on my exercise (since I tend to be forgetful about posting).

Oh Nellie, you made me laugh. Hmmm, maybe I have water weight too.
1. 10 min on treadmill daily, 20 is better
2. No weight change
3. Chased Paco around house for about ten minutes

1) Weigh in - maintain - well, now I need to lose a little bit of water weight! Drat!
2) Take at least a bit of time for myself to do... Dancing, which I don't time necessarily, just do some as the spirit moves me
3) Extra - lately I have been using my under the desk cycle, which I hadn't used in a while.

OK, we're getting enough steps if you like you can copy and paste now- and begin tracking.
(You might want to copy and paste my post for myself rather than this one, and change whatever you need)


1) Weigh in - decide to lose or maintain
2) Take at least a bit of time for myself to do... (type in whatever it is you plan to do, then post when you've done it)
3) Try and do some sort of exercise over and above what you would be normally doing with just doing daily chores, etc. It can be a walk around your home/apt. (inside), doing steps, working on an exercise machine, going for a walk, etc. It can be 1 min.- 10 min. - 30 min. - whatever. Just commit to a small amount that you can face either each day or 4-5 x a week. If you are doing longer and more strenuous exercise it can be 3x a week. The point is- just do something, no matter how small- extra to be in motion in some way.

Good GOING you guys.

OK, Step 2: Keep maintaining or work (however you decide to do that) toward losing a lb or 2.
This week: What is it that you LOVE to do or would like to do (enjoy, not some work goal) but never feel you have the time or feel guilty taking that time?

STEP 2 is decide to take the time and do it. It can be a whole day or 10 min. or whatever.

I am going to start giving myself permission to take part of Sundays to do whatever I WANT to do and not feel guilty because I'm not WORKING at something.

When I weighed in I was precisely at goal even though a few days ago it had been slightly above. So my goal is to maintain.

I weighed in. A PLEASANT surprise. Not as HIGH as I expected!!! So need to readjust my "ticker". BUT do need to lose. I need to lose 10 lbs. so my first goal is going to be to lose 2 of them.

Step 1) Weigh yourself. Decide if you want to lose or need to maintain. If you want to lose weight, take it in "baby steps". Just try for 1,2 or at the very most 3 lbs. Then once they are gone, you will make a new goal, a SMALL one. We are going to do EVERYTHING on this challenge slow and easy. OK?

Weigh only once a week. Same day each week, approx. the same time.
