I'm going to say 40 miles... the 15 minutes as a mile is going to help me I'm almost always under estimating then cause I usually say 1.5-1.7 is 35-40 minutes that would make my totals go UP!!

In the new mileage tracker, I set my goal as 15 M/Week, but I'm going over that and setting my monthly goal higher. Hopefully, I'll end up revising it halfway thru the month.

Slept very poorly last night & had to take a long nap this morning just to get the day going. Hope I can come this close to the mark in November.

I'm going to say 40 miles... the 15 minutes as a mile is going to help me I'm almost always under estimating then cause I usually say 1.5-1.7 is 35-40 minuetes that would make my totals go UP!!

1 - 67 minutes 2.2 miles
2 - 50 minutes 2 miles
3 - 38 minutes 1.4 miles
4 - Day Off
5 - 75 minutes 2.3
6 - 73 minutes 2.1
7 - 57 minutes 1.8

Total 11.8 Miles

In the new mileage tracker, I set my goal as 15 M/Week, but I'm going over that and setting my monthly goal higher. Hopefully, I'll end up revising it halfway thru the month.

Cool... I posted in my blog that I want to do 120 this month. Didn't quite make my goal in Aug or Sept so really really want to acheive it this month!

WALK, RUN, HIKE, SWIM OR RIDE YOU WAY TO GOOD HEALTH!

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WAY TO TRACK YOUR MILEAGE, FEEL FREE TO COUNT EVERY 15 MINS OF HEART POUNDING CARDIO AS A MILE TOWARDS YOUR GOAL.
