Oooh! I want all our Westie lovers to get healthy!

I'm on holiday, so my goals are a little different this month. I want to

complete the God Country's half marathon

complete the Hatfield McCoy half marathon

finish the month under 265.

Oh those dreaded steroids!! Yep!! This inhaler I'm using is a steroid inhaler and it's got me a little concerned!!

Hi HOPEING! I too used to have (and sometimes still do) have trouble getting my calories in... and my body went into 'starvation mode' ... then I could let the weight go! Don't let that happen to you! :) My mom has diabetes and I know it is a struggle finding something to eat sometimes. It's good that you are keeping track with the Nutrition Tracker. That will really help. Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

My goals are between 1,200 --1,550---today it was 872--- I'm also low on a few other things, I have Diabetes so need to watch Carbs, also have to watch Cholesterol. .

How are the Goals coming along? The beginning of May I set a Short Term Goal for myself to lose 1 pound a week and it's been happening for the last 4 weeks! I firmly believe that if we set just small goals for ourselves we can reach them! Try it with me!!

My goal is to lose 25lbs, the Dr, put me on a low-fat diet so for my health's sake I had better lose it, also trying to keep up the motivation to do some exercising everyday. or 3 times emoticon a week.

I have two goals one short and one long:

Short: To lose 1 pound a week - so far it's working

Long: To lose 40 pounds by my birthday in October - I'm 1/2 way there.
