How was your weekend?
just another peaceful weekend on the farm.



Plans for today?
i finally made the refrigerator fruitcake to be eaten Christmas.



What will you do to make this Monday, a great start to a wonderful healthy week?
i changed up and ate pecans and raisins. rode the bike and drank more water.



Menus for the day?
raisins and pecans
cooked pork and made a bbq sandwich with arnold's thin sandwich rounds
made homemade vegetable beef soup

How was your weekend?
Exhausting...with all the snow shoveling didnt do much else


Plans for today?
Mostly rest...even though again had to shovel the end of the driveway since the snowplow came through again...hope its only once!


What will you do to make this Monday, a great start to a wonderful healthy week? I guess more rest since all I do is hurt lately.



Menus for the day?
multi grain cherrios with 2% milk, dont know about the rest of today ....more than likely will be chicken broth with crackers for lunch. Supper will be whatever I have the energy to make.

Let's make Monday the beginning of a great week!

How was your weekend?: Took dd to her dance recital on Sat., then took it easy for the rest of the day as I'm still trying to get the last of this flu out of my system. My 19-yo son dragged me out yesterday to Costco, which totally wiped me out.

Plans for today?: Today is my birthday, which actually means it won't be any different than any other day. LOL. Maybe I can get my dh to take me out for a latte or something. My mom and sis usually take me out to lunch, but sis couldn't make it today, so we're going out Friday.

What will you do to make this Monday, a great start to a wonderful healthy week?: I'm going to try to get back to some strength training. After more than a week off, I will probably fall over backwards on my first squat or smack myself in the face with a dumbbell!

Menus for the day?: Whatever I can find that sounds good. A gluten-free muffin for starters. Still don't have much of an appetite.

My Monday is almost over. It was kind of stressful but not bad. We've had such terrible storms that I haven't slept well lately, so I'm going to bed nice and early. emoticon

How was your weekend?
Had a great weekend! Focused on giving one thing up that has become a habit lately... cocktail time! Did it, and still doing it!

Plans for today?
We watch our 9 month old granddaughter on Mon, Wed & Thurs. My day will be filled with chasing her around the living room and keeping her safe from knocking her head when she tries to pull up to the furniture. Whew! Tired just talking about it! LOL!!

What will you do to make this Monday, a great start to a wonderful healthy week?
Cutting out alcohol & butter this week.

Menus for the day?
Breakfast: Cream of Wheat (no milk), raisins, plain yogurt with peaches.
Lunch: Tuna on lettuce with red ripe tomatoes, capers, 1 tsp mayo.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, squash, broccoli, with a romaine lettuce salad.
