I've been using this dental treatment now for about 2 weeks and HOLY COW!! I THINK IT'S WORKING!!

I only have been putting the gel on Buddy's teeth 1/2 of what it says because of his 'delicate' stomach, but he teeth actually are looking better!

Found out today that the Science Diet Oral Care is actually a dog food and not a treat. I bought a bag and will give them a few as a treat when they go into their kennels. Will let you know how they like them.

I went to our local store and couldn't find the Science Diet treats. They had all of the other kinds, but not the oral. I will keep looking, though. I know our vet sells them.

They did have Greenies, but at $14 a bag, I thought that was too much for four dogs. Besides, a few years ago I heard about dogs choking on them when given unsupervised. Don't know if that's true or just urban myth.

That website has a ton of good information on it. I am going to try some other suggestions on there. I will give you a report when I see if it works.

I saw those treats. I have a hard time getting Buddy to eat anything new... even treats. He did eat those Greenies which surprised me... but I didn't see where they did anything! I will try the treats you suggested. Day #2 and I don't see any change.

As pure coincidence, I took Lucy to the vet today because she has infections in both eyes. Maybe due to all the concrete mortar dust in my house.

Anyway, the vet told me about doggie treats that won't break apart when you try to cut them. They are Science Diet® Simple Essentials™ Treats Oral Care Adult Medium Nuggets. She gave her one and she actually ate it!

I am anxious to hear about the results with the spray. Keep us informed. Thanks, Becky!

I do a lot of researching on my computer... must be a throw back from my Systems Admin days. When I find things I like to share them.

I will let you know what my results are with this product. I hope it works. I didn't try the one that you put in food, because I've come to realize that anything I put in Buddy's food he won't eat! I have a hard enough time getting him to eat without throwing something else into his bowl! LOL!

Bless you! We just had G's done in June and I never want to put her through it again if I don't have to. I put it off longer than I probably should have because I was so nervous about it but, like you, I couldn't get them clean. Why it never occurred to me to google it is beyond me! Heaven knows, I have google everything else imaginable. Thanks for sharing!

I've been searching for alternative care for Buddy's dental needs without the stress of going under anesthetic for dental cleanings. No matter how often I brush his teeth he still gets staining. I came across this information for a natural product that thought I might share with my Westie Fans.

I purchased the PetzLife Oral Care treatment and received it yesterday. Tried on Buddy last night. He seemed to like it. Has anyone tried this?
