I have some serious health problems that are affecting every aspect of my life, so losing some weight quickly is imperative. I just watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" and am starting a juice program tomorrow. I'll do that to re-boot and then add in nuts and seeds. I need to get my weight down, my inflammation down, and my blood pressure down.

I want to celebrate my birthday 60 lbs. lighter and welcome 2016 110 lbs. lighter. I've joined a gym and hired a personal trainer. Expensive, but I'm worth it!

I am trying to keep mine super simple so I can be successful. Right now I just have 2.

1. Move at least 10 minutes intentionally each day (beyond work and life steps). My minimum is walking Jersey around the block.
2. Get back involved in Spark People as I know the habits I learned here are the right steps to get me to the corner of happy and healthy! (I love the Walgreen's slogan!)

Ok...so I lied...I have 3. I want to read my Bible and be more faithful in time of devotion, prayer, and praise. Kind of funny I followed my lie confession with a faith goal! emoticon
