Not sure how well I'll do, but I'll give it a try! emoticon

R - Raise your heart rate with at least 20 minutes of cardio
E - Eat right - eat according to the plan you are on
L - Laze about and get enough sleep at least 6 hours
A - Awaken your muscles with 2 sets of 4 different strength exercises or a spark video
X - eXtra nice to YOU - put aside 30 minutes for yourself and read a book, have a bubble bath, play a game or anything else that is just for you

Give yourself 5 points for each item completed and 50 for points if all were completed for a given day.

Please join me in this Week Long Challenge Aug 1-7, and see if you can RELAX every day:
