We'll end this challenge the end of this month. It's been a little too long and too hard to keep up with. Sorry. I'll try to come up with something more easy to participate in. O - Other goals. Any personal goal you have, example: no junk food, get 8 hours of sleep = 5 points a day
G - Get moving = 5 points for every 15 minutes (max 20 points a day or 60 min)
