It has been proven that the more we move the more we lose so with that in mind who would like to join me in a challenge to do a mile a day of movement this can be accomplished by walking, biking, running, jogging, or stationary cycle however you get your legs to pumping and your heart rate going. You have to be able to measure your miles either by using a pedometer, Fitbit or Spark Activity Tracker and then report it here on the chart.
