you can still join in the challenge!!! anyone can join in at anytime !!
just go to your sparksummery calendar on your start page under your weight and click on each days activities and you can go back and add into your points. also you can make up bonus points with 5 points each post or goodie anytime!! good luck !!

This WESTIE challenge will encourage us all to get back to the basics. The challenge will run for 2 weeks and will start on Friday June 1 and run thru Thursday June 14, Points will be accumulated on a daily basis and will be awarded as follows:

W......Water -8-8oz glasses daily .....................(5 points )
E ......Exercise - minimum of 10 minutes..........(1 point/each 10 min)
S ......Sleep- minimum of 5 hours sleep........... (5 points)
T ......Teamwork - encourage your teammates by posting in chat ...(5 points)
I .......Include 3-5 veggies a day........................ ( 5 points)
E .....Eat - 2-3 fruits daily................................... (5 points)

Daily Bonus points -
Reach out to inactive members -send a goodie or post a message.... (5 points/post or goodie)
