becky, i jump on my mini trampoline because it's easier on my knees. i do 10 minutes and since that's just 60 or 70 minutes a week i thought that was such a low minute goal number i didn't post it on the challenge. on the bright side, i think we're all jumping challenged !! lol

Good Question!

In the beginning explanation of this challenge this is what was posted:

"Jumping exercises include: Jumping jacks, Jump rope, Stair Stepper, Jump squats, Skipping, or Box Jumps. Jumping Challenge: Do at least 1 set of any of these jumping exercises per day. Try to do at least 8 reps but as you get stronger increase to 10 reps and then 12."

Since that post, I realize there are many of us who "jumping" in any way or form is difficult. I would like to suggest doing anything to keep moving. Even if it is "marching" in place. The more active we are the better!

Does this answer your question?

Does the activity need to be jumping rope exclusively? Would you accept jumping jacks?
