I know... I'm confused too! What we did was to include the first three days in the month's first week, which made a longer first week. The week is to be counted from Saturday 06/11 through 06/17. I don't think I was very clear. I've been trying to keep track of everyone (with some difficulty) and putting your information into a spreadsheet for the correct days, but having some problems keeping everyone straight. I would appreciate Saturday as the START date ENDING on Friday. The confusion was the long first week of the challenge which began on Wednesday.

06/01 - 06/10
06/11 - 06/17
06/18 - 06/24
06/25 - 06/30

Thank you for asking. This is another part of putting a challenge together that I need to take into account. I appreciate you getting me to clarify. If you haven't been following this format... this is not a problem, but I would appreciate everyone using this format now.

What are the weeks that we are using? We started on a Wednesday. I noticed that you started week 2 as 6/11 (Sat), Lisa & Marcia's using 6/8-6/14 (Wed) as week 2, and CMOTTER is using 6/12-6/18 (Sun).

Just curious. I wanted to make my goal accordingly.

I have MS, but have successfully done fairly vigorous jumping jacks for one minute as a favorite in my cardio workout. (1 minute burns 11 calories)

I can't jump because of arthritis in my ankle, but I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) that I think I can safely use.

More stepping works! Or if you do pool exercises are you able to jump while in the water? I can't do jumping jacks because they hurt my knees so I plan on doing the jump rope or the stepper machine.

I will have to find something else to "fill" in. My shins dont allow for me to do very many "jumping" type exercised. I can do more of "hopping" or "stepping". My jumping jacks for P90X look more like side stepping with arm movements.....must look really funny.

June's Challenge is going to be FUN! Let's get things going for an even better month than May!!!

The challenge is to include your fitness minutes goal and your actual. PLUS an added challenge is to do at least one "jumping" exercise per day.

Jumping exercises include: Jumping jacks, Jump rope, Stair Stepper, Jump squats, Skipping, or Box Jumps.

Jumping Challenge: Do at least 1 set of any of these jumping exercises per day. Try to do at least 8 reps but as you get stronger increase to 10 reps and then 12.
