April showers bring May flowers and great weather to get out and MOVE!!

This is a personal challenge designed to help Westie Fan's achieve a more active lifestyle. You will be competing against yourself, but don't let that hold you back!! Do what you can, but do something everyday!

Figure out how many fitness minutes you want to do for the month of May and then record each day's time. Remember you are competing against yourself. If you have health issues your minutes will look very different than if you are a seasoned athlete. No worries - do your best.
