Count me in. I've been falling off the wagon this week and this would be a good motivator. (I'm a shorty so my weight range is lower.)

Let's show the month of April what we are made of and get busy losing a few pounds! I know we can do it!

This Challenge is to get motivated and inspire one another that we CAN do this. Come here to share and to post your weekly weigh-in with the team!

Weigh yourself at least once a week to stay on track. If you weigh yourself more often, that is fine, but only post your weight once a week.

The ability to lose weight is based on several things; monitoring your weight & measurements, watching your portions of healthy foods you eat, and some sort of daily exercise.

In order to lose one pound a week you must offset your calories by 3500. Going lower with your calorie deficit could mean that you put yourself into 'starvation mode', and you don't want to do that. So monitor everything and stay active.
