12 Week Challenge (1/17 thru 4/10)

This challenge is designed to help us keep on track by setting small reachable goals. Each person will be asked to set their own weekly goals for the three categories for the 12 week period. At the end of each week record the actual amounts of what you achieved. Each person who reaches their goals will receive a Goodie for each category. This challenge is would be an individual challenge, but would also help keep us all on track with setting weekly goals and holding ourselves accountable to ourselves and others for our results.

12 Week Challenge (1/17 thru 4/10)

This challenge is designed to help us keep on track by setting small reachable goals. Each person will be asked to set their own weekly goals for the three categories for the 12 week period. At the end of each week record the actual amounts of what you achieved. Each person who reaches their goals will receive a Goodie for each category. This challenge is would be an individual challenge, but would also help keep us all on track with setting weekly goals and holding ourselves accountable to ourselves and others for our results.
